Introduction

Tickets are used in all organizations to get something fixed or help if you are stuck. We developed our ticketing in a similar fashion and it will allow our developer team to respond in an appropriate time frame if something is not working on the front-end.

  • All users

When should it be used?

Tickets can be used for:

  • Issues with your password or with functionality within the system.
  • If you wish to change your primary email with BridgeQI.
  • If you need help with a functional element like the calendar etc within the BridgeQI network.
